- I have analyzed William Bishop's blood, but the result is only partial. The blood sample was much more
- unstable than human blood and showed heavy mutation, but this is not what happened to me... I must
- keep on searching... I need to gather more evidences of what is going on. Time may be on my side, but
- not on London's. The epidemic is killing thousands of people; the whole city is on the verge of collapse. I
- am starting to believe all of this must be connected, somehow, but I can't see any pattern of plausible
- explanation yet. For now, I must play the doctor, and try to do my best to help those who may need me,
- while I continue my search.

- Answer the door
- Open the door and speak with Dorothy Crane to get Morgue Key．
- Enter the old morgue
- Old Morgue was a building on the back of Pembroke Hospital (to the south-east), the front door of this building was locked from inside, so you must go around to the back of this building and using Morgue Key to open to door. (as usual, discovering a new map location will grant EXP +10)
- Find useful medicinal ingredients in the old morgue
- Remember this area used to be some part of the hospital, so lots of medical supply can be found here. Such as Glass Vial X2, Glass Vial X1, 5 Shillings in the 1st floor. There was a L6 Rogue Skal on 2nd floor who was eating dead body, kill him can get Watery Sturdy Blood Sample X1, from the dead body can find Cigarette Case X1. On this floor, there was another L6 Rogue Skal, you may also find 2 Shillings, Bottle of Alcohol X2. On 3rd floor, you may find Watery Rich Blood Sample X2 from dead body. After you collect all related items, you will get EXP +100.
- Find some ferrous tartrate
- In a room at 1st floor, you will find Ferrous Tartrate X3 on a table.
- Find some quinine
- On the 2nd floor near you fight L6 Rogue Skal, there were 4 tables in together, it was just on one of the table. You can also find Glass Vial X1.
- Find some sodium hypochlorite
- After defeating the BOSS John Doe, you can find Sodium Hypochlorite Solution X2 on the table in the middle of this room. You may also find Watery Rich Blood Sample X2, An enigmatic Formula in half-upper level. Notice that after that, you may find a new L5 Rogue Skal near the stairs, and when you return to the 1st floor, there will be another 2 L6 Rogue Skals. One of them is eating a body who may have Watch X1.
- Find a key for the morgue basement
- The Morgue underground key was on the room to north at 2nd floor, in a draw which put on the table. With this key you can open the door and get into the basement, there will be L5 X2 and L6 X2 Rogue Skals in this area. In basement, you can find the Used Liston knife on the table in operation room and Death Report on the stool near the operation table which will trigger the investigation The Harder They Fall, you may also find 3 shillings in a cabinet and Glass Vial X2 in another cabinet, on the body which you will fight the first L5 Rogue Skall you can find Bullet X2 and Shotgun Shell X2.
- Craft the treatment for Fatigue
- You will need a workbench to do this, there was one in the basement, or you can choose to go back to hideout in Pembroke Hospital, either way, remember to leave from the front door, so you will open the lock. After craft the Treatment For Fatigue, you will get EXP +100.
- Bring the medicine to Dorothy Crane in the patient's room.
- Just find Dorothy Crane and talk with her will finish this, you will get EXP +150.
